This picture was taken as part of a Community Care program I started in Germantown, MD. The family in need suffered a 20 month hospital stay of the father / husband after a stroke. The mother was trying to take care of 2 kids, an elderly mother and the husband - all on a bank teller salary. We came in and removed some bushes, trimmed the tree and fixed some minor plumbing issues before Dad / husband returned home (as a result of a home health nursing arrangement).
