DESCRIPTION:Steering Commmittee meetings are open to (and we would lik
 e to say required of) those CERT members who hold an elective or appo
 inted office and those CERT members who are willing to take on an ongo
 ing role in our CERT's work. (Others, as well as members of the genera
 l public, are invited to our monthly training meetings, held on the se
 cond Thursday of every month.)\nReminder: When the first Monday of th
 e month falls on a holiday, we hold the meeting on the Monday a week l
 ater. There will be some occasions when the SC meeting falls in the sa
 me week as the general membership meeting either because of a holiday 
 postponement of the SC meeting or simply because the month is just sha
 ped that way.\nFor all CERT meetings, you may park free in the Juror L
